Thanks to our nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry and our outstanding network of partners, we have also been providing our customers structural erection services related to precast reinforced concrete structures as a subcontractor since 2020.
How do we do it?
Once the sockets are in place and the pillars have been geodetically marked out, we deploy to the site with our experienced structural erection team and install the precast reinforced concrete elements on the basis of the blueprints that have been provided. Our structural erection services include the installation of pillars, beams, main girders, crown-bars, structural slabs, plinth elements and all other precast reinforced concrete elements (e.g. stair risers, angle bulkheads, etc.).
The key to our success is that we do all of that by engaging resources we fully supervise and provide, so not only can we further reduce the organisational and coordination burden on our partners by getting the job done, but also by providing our own cranes and personnel lifts. As a result, the entire process is carried out within a single organisation, thereby simplifying and speeding up administrative tasks.
A time-saving and safe lifting system for structural construction
A dedicated lifting system specially manufactured for placing pillars, complete with statutory documentation, is used for this job.
