Our project managers have a wealth of state-of-the-art knowledge and experience in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, defence, woodworking, textile, warehousing and machine manufacturing industries, which helps us satisfy our customers every time. Depending on the nature of the project and the customer’s requirements, we carry out machine installation activities in conjunction with the machine manufacturer.

Turnkey installation of machines in 6 steps

    1. Design and construction of machine foundations and an accurate assessment

    At the customer’s request, we can also design and build the machine foundation, carry out the necessary surveying tests and produce the required documentation.

  2. Installing machines

    Unloading machines from transport vehicles, and moving machines and machine units into the hall using various technologies and positioning them. All the equipment and machinery required to complete all phases of the project comes from our own fleet, including the following:

    • truck-mounted cranes
    • vehicle-mounted cranes
    • scissor and boom lifts
    • industrial electric and combustion engine forklift trucks
    • loaders
    • specialised electric indoor cranes
    • gantrys
    • castors with non-marking wheels
    • roller skids for heavy machinery
    • pneumatic jack systems
    • hydraulic lifting equipment

  3. Levelling

    Adjusting machines to their working plane using various technologies.

  4. Fixing

    Fastening the machine to its foundation as required by the machine documentation.

  5. Checking the levelling

    We can provide the following services, depending on your needs:

    • pipe assembly
    • construction of compressed air networks
    • construction of vacuum networks, including construction of protective gas networks
    • construction of water cooling systems
    • electrical network and distribution system design
    • electrical connection route construction
    • pulling in and connecting cables between electrical enclosures and the busbar
    • connecting power and signal lines
    • installing electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic units, and oil and grease lines

Safety is extremely important to us

At Megakran we pay special attention to occupational health and safety. Our quality management and safety systems are audited annually by Apave Belgium SA (VCA) and QSCert, spol s.r.o (ISO).

In addition, for our customers’ maximum safety and protection, our machine installation activities are covered by a HUF 700 million liability insurance policy, which can be extended on a project-by-project basis at the customer’s request for new machines or production lines.
