Enerpac gantry

Enerpac gantries (SBL 1100, SL 400 N) are the flagships of our specialised handling service.

The four legged hydraulic gantry lifts on rails are ideal for moving heavy equipment, precision installation of machinery and machine lines, setting up and positioning machine bodies, and dismantling and assembling presses in environments in which a truck crane would not fit or would be restricted.

Enerpac gantry SL 400N

Our Enerpac SL400N hydraulic crane can efficiently lift and position loads up to 400 tonnes in environments where conventional or truck-mounted cranes can not be used due to limited space, or where environmental conditions or safety requirements prevent their use for machine installation or handling. Due to its unique narrow construction (leg width is only 80cm) it is perfectly suitable for moving heavy machinery in confined spaces, for precision 3D positioning and installation of machines and for lifting and moving special loads.

Enerpac gantry SBL 1100

Our special SBL 1100 gantry is a hydraulic lifting device designed to move heavy machinery and machine bodies. Its octagonal boom increases lift capacity and height. It is perfectly suitable for moving, 3D precision positioning and installing extreme loads and heavy machinery. We especially recommend it to all our partners who consider safety and stability among their highest priorities.

Dismantling of press machines

We were asked to lift three presses out of their foundations and lay them down sideways. We did this using our Enerpac SL400N gantry, a precision tool for working in confined spaces. The heaviest press weighed 56 tonnes. After laying down the presses using our hydraulic lifting system, we placed them on roller skids to move them out of the hall

Dismantling of press machines

At the request of our customer, we dismantled two 800-tonne presses and three 600-tonne presses using our Enerpac SBL 1100 gantry and two 20-tonne overhead cranes. The task was complicated by the fact that the anchor nuts had to be removed when the press was being lifted apart.

Dismantling of 140 tonne press machine

The project involved the dismantling one 60-tonne and one 140-tonne machine press at the customer’s site. Due to the complexity of the task and the conditions in the hall, the dismantling of both presses was carried out using our hydraulic gantry lifting system.
