With the help of our heavy duty roller skids we moved the SMT9 line to its place, then we connected the compressed air, power, SMEMA, IC-NET lines. We levelled and positioned the machines. After closing the airlocks, we had to change tools and packaging to work in a clean room environment. We paid special attention to the cleanliness of our equipment and the PPE compliance of our staff. We installed the whole production line in a week.
Installation of an SMT9 production line
Our customer asked us to relocate a complete production line, sourced from abroad, into a clean room. In the customer’s production hall, there was very little space to move the production line, and the width and height of the airlocks did not allow us to use a truck crane or our special electric Pick & Carry machines.
