Process technology assembly

Our highly skilled team of mechanics, welders, electricians, pipe fitters, machine movers and machine operators carry out assembly and installation tasks, including design, material procurement and licensing.

We can also modify the electrical systems of machines to bring them into compliance with European Union requirements and health and safety standards. In special cases we can also design them.

Our solutions

Electrical system modifications

We carried out electrical modifications on six EXA rubber building machines. Our task was to prepare the electrical installation of 12 QA PC cabinets, as well as field wiring and installation into the EXA machines. The customer provided the installation materials. The work took six days. After the installation we also performed electrical safety and loop resistance tests

Installing production machinery and assembling process technology

Without interrupting production, we installed our customer’s HAAS VF 6 ss production machine, along with the electrical network and pneumatic system for the machines. We also moved the CNC machines within the production hall. The work was complicated by the low capacity of the electrical network in the hall, which we solved by installing a 5/4" backbone (including trenching) with a main shut-off valve and detachable connection. While digging the trench, we also moved the machines.
